'Locked Down' Stats
Description:	Kang blocks power-ups. Doom stops plot twists from players hand. Kristoff prevents reoccuring plot twists in resource row.
Pre-Conditon:	Opposing player uses a couple plot twists in resource row that he needs to use since Doom prevents him from using them in their hand.
Post-Conditon:	Opposing player has very few options
