I live in the US or Canada, but I still can not purchase Vs. Points.
Please check all the information that you have entered when you put in your credit card information. Information that needed to be entered include; Name on the credit card, credit card number, billing address of the credit card, expiration date of the credit card and security code on the credit card. If there are no errors when entering the information, please check with your credit card company.
I purchased Vs. Points before, but the system will not currently let me purchase additional Vs. Points.
We limit the number of purchases that can be made at any one time in order to protect customers from credit card fraud. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Which credit cards can I use for purchasing cards?
The Marvel Trading Card Game Store accepts credit card payments using: Visa, Master Card and American Express.
How can I purchase cards online?
You'll need to first log in to the MTCG community site and click the Store navigation button on the left-side of the page. From there you'll need to BUY POINTS using any of the Buy Points buttons provided. For more information please refer to the 'Points' section of the Store page.
Is it possible to use gift cards to purchase points?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a successful transaction with any gift card. The safest way to proceed with a gift card purchase would be to check with the issuer first.
