User Agreement

You agree, through your use of this web community, that you will not use this message board to post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, derogatory to someone's sexual orientation, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or other in violation of any law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or the content of any posts on the message board. All posts on the message board express the views of the author, and not the views of any entity associated with Konami Digital Entertainment.

We reserve the right to delete, move and edit any posts on the message board. Action may be taken on a post or on a user account without prior warning or notice. You remain solely responsible for the content of your posts and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Konami Digital Entertainment and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your post.

You will always respect your fellow community members. You will not harass or attack other users. You will respect the rights of other users to have their own opinions.

Objectionable content should be brought to our attention immediately. Send an e-mail to a site administrator and the matter will be looked at as soon as possible.

We take your privacy very seriously and will not release personally identifiable information to any third party, with the exception of a complaint or legal action. For your protection, you should not post any personal identifiable information about yourself in your posts. Personally identifiable information will be removed from posts by the community team.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material on this site unless the copyright is owned by you or by Konami Digital Entertainment. You may not post material if it is in violation of a non-disclosure agreement that you may have signed. If you are found to possess, distribute or intentionally link to illegally obtained materials or materials that violate the rights of the copyright holder, the post will be removed and your account will be terminated.

You will not post commercially orientated posts to promote your own commercial interests. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and solicitations are not allowed on this message board. You will not post messages to advertise products that benefit you financially in any way without the permission of the community staff.

You will not question the actions of community staff in a public manner. If you have a complaint, you may make it via Private Message or E-mail.

Except for the specially designated areas, all posts are to be in English as that is the common language of the community staff. Requests for foreign language forums can be sent to the community staff.

You will not discuss, solicit, or offer pirated software or links to sites that offer pirated software.

You will not post pornographic, sexually offensive material or images of a type unsuitable for a family/office environment or post links to such material or images.

You will not start or participate in any debates or discussions that discuss the distribution/growing/cutting/manufacture of drugs that are used in a situation where they are not prescribed by a hospital.

You will not make posts of illegal nature or posts that detail ways to perform acts of an illegal nature.

You will not create offensive usernames as determined by the community staff.

You will not exploit any bugs or loopholes in the message board security.

You will not impersonate community staff or any other user.

You agree to indemnify and hold Konami Digital Entertainment and its affiliates, licensors, licensors and contractors, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by an Indemnified Party in connection with any breach by you of the Terms of Service.

Signature Rules

Your message board signature will adhere to the given rules and limitations. Any signatures found in violation of the rules may be edited or removed, and the user may be banned with or without warning.

Your signature should not contain personally identifiable information, or inappropriate or offensive content or imagery.

You are responsible for hosting your own signature images on a 3rd-party server.

Violations and Penalties

If, for any reason, you are in violation of any of the rules of the message board or the User Agreement then your privileges to post to this message board will be reviewed by a community moderator. The penalties range from being given a severe warning as to future conduct, a timed ban (for a specified time), a total posting ban (you may still read the forums) or a total IP ban (you will not be able to read the forums). If the matter warrants it then you might also be reported to your ISP/appropriate authorities.

Community staff will have the final say over what constitutes a violation of the User Agreement and the General Rules. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your account without warning(s) and move/delete/close posts/threads that break these rules without further explanation.

Warnings and notices from community staff will be sent via e-mail. It is your responsibility to have a valid e-mail address and to check your account for any notices that may occur.

Konami Digital Entertainment has the right to reprint, republish, or reproduce any content posted on the community web site without notice to the original author. By accepting this User Agreement, you are agreeing to the above.
